The Peerless Ovens story started in Columbus Ohio in the late 1800’s and continues in a tradition producing high quality products at competitive prices. As a fourth generation family business, Peerless remains committed to building on its legacy of building the best deck ovens in the industry.
The “Maximizer” movement began in the mid 1990’s because our ovens save time, money and most importantly space. Peerless ovens cost less to buy, operate and maintain than other brand on the market, and they last. In fact, units that were produced back in the 1920’s and 30’s are still in service today around the country.

Quality Construction
Peerless Ovens are built to the highest standards using only the best materials available on the market today. Prime cold rolled steel exteriors and Armco Type 1 aluminized steel interiors. Frames and bases are heavy gauge hot rolled steel. Doors are stainless inside and out and made of prime 18-gauge 430 stainless steel. All Peerless Ovens have stainless steel fronts that are also made of 18-gauge 430 stainless steel.
Space Saving Designs
The landmark feature of all Peerless designs is saving space. Peerless Ovens comes in widths of 30”, 40”, 50” and 60”. Single ovens have controls under the door, therefore they require less installation space than the competition. This enables operators to free up valuable hood and kitchen space. Stacking also allows doubling or tripling capacity in the same footprint. The new SC series ovens are still lesser in width than other brands on the market.
